2025 Italian Investor Visa Roadshow
The Italian Embassy in Pretoria, in collaboration with Henley & Partners and the Italian-South African Chamber of Trade and Industries presents the second showing of the 2025 Italian Investor Visa Roadshow:
- Pretoria Seminar, Monday 29 September 2025
- Johannesburg Golf Day, Blair Atholl Golf Estate, Tuesday 30 September 2025
- Johannesburg Seminar and Made in Italy Fair, Sandton, Johannesburg, Wednesday 1 October 2025
The seminars will focus on attracting foreign investments and investors through a series of active policies and incentives. These include the “Investor Visa” programme, the investinitaly.gov.it portal, and tax relief schemes for new residents.
According to the Residence Program Index by Henley & Partners,(https://www.henleyglobal.com/publications/residence-program-index-2025) the Italian Investor Visa programme, combined with the tax relief for new residents, has positioned the Italian Resident Programme as fourth globally.

- first for freedom of movement;
- second for quality of life;
- third for reputation, taxation, and visa processing times.
The Henley Private Wealth Migration Report 2024 (2025) (https://www.henleyglobal.com/publications/henley-private-wealth-migration-report-2025) further highlights Italy’s strong appeal for high-net-worth individuals (those with more than $1 million in liquid assets), placing Italy third (https://www.henleyglobal.com/publications/henley-private-wealth-migration-report-2025/country-wealth-flows) globally and first in Europe for net inflow of “millionaires”.

• 1 October 2025. Seminar at the Nedbank Building, Sandton, Johannesburg (08h30 registration; Seminar 09h00 – 12h00) followed by the Made in Italy Fair. (12h00 – 16h00)
